Jogja Short Trip

Oke back to topic…

Tanggal 18 September 2015

Pukul 15.00 : Gua nunggu di KFC sambil beli sunday coklat paket goceng. Nunggu sampe jam 16.00 karena katanya bus datang jam 16.00.

KFC

Pukul 16.00 : Gua berjalan kearah terminal Rawamangun, dan menunggu disana. Katanya, bus sampai jam 16.30 dan gua pun bengong menunggu lagi setengah jam.

Pukul 16.45 : Akhirnya bus datang jam 16.30 dan gua langsung berangkat jalan. OTW Jogja!

OTW

Pukul 16.55 : Gua penasaran berapa jauh jarak dari Jakarta – Surabaya. Lalu gua buka waze.

Dark

Pukul 20.00 : Gua kebangun lagi. Karena penasaran, gua buka google maps. Ternyata sudah sampe Cirebon, kota kelahiran nyokap gua. Masih setengah perjalanan lagi nih sampe ke Jogja!

Cirebon

Gua liat waze. Yaa bgitu deh. Ternyata ini Bus ga langsung ke Jogja. Tapi ke Semarang dulu. Bakal lama deh sampe Jogja. Oh iya sebelumnya juga sempat isi Bensin dulu.

Macet

Tanggal 19 September 2015

Pukul 02.00 : Bus berenti lagi untuk istirahat. Sekarang sudah di daerah Batang, Jawa Tengah. Gua turun untuk kencing dan cari angin. Ternyata perjalanan masih jauh.

Batang

Pukul 06.30 : Akhirnya gua sampe di Jogja. Ternyata banyak yang turun ditengah jalan. Jadi gua tinggal hanya bertiga dalam satu bus. Gua diputuskan untuk dinaikan pake Taxi sampe Terminal Bus Giwangan.

Sepi

Pukul 07.00 : Gua mulai kelaperan. Di Terminal Giwangan kebetulan ada warung indomie. Gua langsung pesan indomie soto dan tahu bacem. Langsung gak lama habis gua habek!

Habek

Training Day 1

Pukul 19.30 : Akhirnya gua mendapatkan beberapa teman baru. 2 orang diantaranya dari Semarang. Mereka mau sharing room di salah satu hotel berbintang 4 di Jogja. Mereka berdua bawa mobil. Jadi gua nebeng sama mobil mereka. Lumayan deh jadi ada teman. Jadi tidur gak sendiri. Hiii..

New Roomates

From Where I Stand

Pukul 08.00 : Kita ber-3 breakfast di lantai 7. Menu makanannya lumayan banyak. Rasanya sih biasa aja.

Yeay!

Stasiun Tugu

Pukul 22.00 : Akhirnya kereta datang juga! Langsung gua bergegas masuk ke tempat duduk gua. Gua duduk dekat jendela. Yuk langsung bobo di kereta!

Bima

Tanggal 21 September 2015

Pukul 05.30 : Akhirnya sampai juga di Stasiun Jatinegara! Gua langsung jalan kearah Halte TransJakarta sambil menunggu busnya.

Waiting

Pukul 05.45 : Akhirnya gua dapet bus Transjakarta nih.

TransJakarta

Pukul 06.20 : Akhirnya gua tiba dirumah dengan selamat, tanpa kekurangan sesuatu apapun. Huff siap2 berangkat kerja lagi kawan2! Semangattt!

Gua sempet bikin video kecil-kecilan berdurasi 4 menitan. Monggo diliat yaa!

Video

Top 7 Strategies To Achieve Your Goals

Top 7 Strategies To Achieve Your Goals

  1. Find out what is it that you want to achieve. Write a one-sentence definition of your goal. Work on this sentence until it is clear and to the point.
  2. Read this sentence several times before falling asleep at night, and upon waking up in the morning.
  3. Visualize your goal for some minutes, several times a day. In your mind’s eye see your goal as achieved.
  4. Keep an expectant mood and with an open mind. This will help you become more attentive and aware of ideas and opportunities that will come your way, and which will help you achieve your goal.
  5. Exercise your will power and self-discipline to keep your focus on the goal, and to stick to your resolve to succeed. Do not let anything distract you or make you deviate from your goal.
  6. Go on, even if there are obstacles on the way or you see no progress. Those who persevere succeed.
  7. Silence is power. Do not talk too much on what you want to achieve. Concentrate on doing, not on talking. Too much talking with others about your desires and goals dissipate your inner powers. Learn to concentrate and channel your energy toward achieving your goal.

Success Has Many Definitions

Success Has Many Definitions

Everyone desires success in one form or another. Some just daydream about it, while others do something to achieve it. What does success mean to you?
Here are some definitions of success:

It is the favorable outcome of an action.

It is growth, development, improvement and getting better.

It is achieving what you have set out to do.

Getting good grades at school.

Passing your driving test.

Getting the job you wanted.

You feel it when someone you love tells you that he/she loves you too.

It is the pleasant and powerful feeling of achievement.

You experience it when you win or earn a large sum of money.

When you see your garden blooming.

After meditating for ten minutes, without thoughts disturbing you.

When you fix a broken instrument with your own hands.

It is promotion at work.

Shedding a few surplus pounds.

Seeing your business prospering.

Becoming famous.

It is all these things and many more.

You may enjoy it in the small daily events of life, and you can find it in great achievements.

Some seek it in money and material possessions, and others seek it in inner peace and strength. Some seek it in both.

What does it mean to you? Do you expect it? Do you believe you can attain it, and what do you plan to do in order to enjoy it?

Remember, success is not only something spectacular. It manifests also in the small things of daily life. You can enjoy it many times, every day.

You might desire to gain a large sum of money, become the owner of successful firm, become a successful and famous actor, singer or writer, a great inventor, senator, president or a prime minister.

Your goal might be to succeed in inner work and meditation, gain psychic power, mind power or peace of mind and spiritual awakening.

Some just desire a carefree life, health, love and happiness, and to have a good job with a good pay to enable them to live comfortably.

Whatever your goal is, there are some inner qualities and powers, which are required for its achievement:

# The ability to decide exactly what you want to achieve
# A strong desire
# Visualization
# Concentration
# Will power
# Self discipline
# Persistence

Focus your mind on your desire, add the necessary mental and emotional ingredients, and voila! You manifested your desire!

10 Steps to Achieve Goals

10 Steps to Achieve Goals

1) Be specific about what you want to achieve
Most people don’t know what they want to with their life, and even after thinking hard, they often don’t come with something they really want to do. This is one of the main reasons that in spite of so many books on success, most people live an average life, not achieving some major success.

2) Draw up a plan of action
Devote as much time as you need to find a goal or goals, even minor goals are okay. Not everyone really desires great success and is willing to completely change his/her life. Not everyone desires to be a millionaire, or possesses the talent to make money.

After finding a goal that you really desire to achieve, draw up a plan or even several plans, and be as practical as possible.

3) Make a list of steps
List the steps you need to take, such as signing up for a course, studying, reading, developing the required skills, looking for a job, etc, and other steps you need to implement that will take you closer to achieving your goal.

4) Act, do not be passive
Take action and follow the steps on your list. Don’t just wait for things to happen.

5) Read and listen to advice
Read books or articles about what you want to achieve. Meet people who can help you and listen to their advice, but use your common sense and reason before accepting anything.

6) Alternative plans
If a certain plan doesn’t work, look for an alternative one.

7) Examine your goals periodically
Some goals aren’t worth achieving. Circumstances and people change. Some goals lose their importance. It is a good idea to re-examine your goals regularly and weed out the worthless ones.

8) Repeat affirmations
Affirm with faith and feelings that your goal has already been achieved. If you don’t undo your affirmations with doubts and lack of belief, they will be accepted by your subconscious mind, which will then provide you with more desire and motivation.

9) Visualize your goal
Visualization will also affect your subconscious mind, which will keep you motivated, focused on your goal, and more aware of ideas and opportunities.

10) Take action
Don’t just affirm and visualize and do nothing. Take any action required to bring your goal into fruition. Follow your intuition, new ideas and opportunities that present themselves, and accept help from other people.

Achieving Your Dreams And Goals

Achieving your dreams and goals depends on several factors:

1. You should have a specific goal.
2. You have to be sure that you really want to achieve your goal.
3. You need to have a clear mental image of your goal.
4. You need a strong desire.
5. You need to disregard and reject doubts and thoughts about failure.
6. Show confidence and faith and persevere until you gain success

How many people fulfill all the above-mentioned requirements? Just a few! Most people do not know that there are some laws governing success, which should be followed.

It is so easy and simple to daydream and then say, “Well it is just a daydream. It will never come true”. It is so easy to give up due to lack of faith.

Achieving your goals shouldn’t be a tough ordeal. In fact, it can be fun and pleasure, if you go in the right way. It is not hard physical work that brings success. Great success does not require hard physical labor. In fact, you need to do mental work.

Visualization and repeating affirmations make up this mental work, and are important stepping stones to achieving success. When you visualize and affirm you focus and channel your energies toward your goal. Your mind is geared toward finding solutions to bring your goal into manifestation.

By thinking in a positive manner on your goal, and not letting any doubts enter your mind, your intuition starts working, you see opportunities, and you have energy at your disposal to follow your goals and dreams.

Some people listen to subliminal messages, for programming their minds for success. There are many CD’s available today, which implant subliminal messages into the mind, so as to activate its power. Some people prefer to use them, because this does not require any effort on their part. It is said that these subliminal messages, which go straight to the subconscious mind, bring faster results. Maybe they do, but then you have no control on what goes into your mind.

When you visualize and affirm your goals, you gain much more then just programming your mind passively with subliminal messages. The attention, intention and energy you channel toward visualizing and affirming, develop in you inner strength, concentration, willpower and self-discipline. You actively develop your inner powers.

One of the advantages of visualization and affirmations is that you can use them wherever you are, at any time, without the necessity of any external instruments. All you need is your mind.

Success appears in various ways, sometimes in a miraculous way, sometimes in an ordinary way, and sometimes through an opportunity that appears. A door opens, but you have to get in and take advantage of the opportunity.

Correctly following these methods will bring you more ambition, inspiration and motivation, which would enhance your chances of success.

Remember, there are big goals and there are many small daily goals, which visualization and affirmations can make them easier and faster to achieve.

People often erroneously think that goals mean only big goals, such as:
becoming wealthy,
getting an expensive car,
possessing a big house with a swimming pool,
building a very successful business.

The truth is that the following are no less important goals:
getting to work on time,
spending more time with the family,
reading a book,
going to see a movie,
eating less.

How do you visualize and affirm?
Are there any special rules and instructions?
Yes, there are!
Like any other subject, if you want to do it right you need to study it right. It is simple and easy to learn to achieve success through visualization and affirmations. Anyone can learn to use them right. Browse the website, and you will find a lot of practical and useful information.

Final: FT Spain 4 – 0 Italy

Final: FT Spain 4 – 0 Italy

Still no striker for Spain, they simply don’t care what you think, and as reigning world and European champions, you can hardly blame them: Casillas, Arbeloa, Pique, Sergio Ramos, Jordi Alba, Xavi, Busquets, Alonso, Silva, Fabregas, Iniesta. Subs: Valdes, Albiol, Javi Martinez, Juanfran, Pedro, Torres, Negredo, Mata, Llorente, Santi Cazorla, Jesus Navas, Reina.

Italy replace Federico Balzaretti with Ignazio Abate: Buffon, Abate, Barzagli, Bonucci, Chiellini, Pirlo, Marchisio, Montolivo, De Rossi, Balotelli, Cassano.
Subs: Sirigu, Maggio, Ogbonna, Thiago Motta, Balzaretti, Di Natale, Giaccherini, Borini, Giovinco, Diamanti, Nocerino, De Sanctis.

14 min: GOAL!!! AND THIS HAD BEEN COMING!!! Spain 1-0 Italy. Absolute brilliance by Fabregas, who after a period of tasty tiki-taka chases after a pass rolled down the inside-right channel. He reaches the byline under pressure from Chiellini, and whips a high ball back into the centre, where Silva, level with the right-hand post, pings an instant header into the top-left corner. What an outstanding finish, and it’s no more than Spain deserve for their high-octane start.

41 min: OUT OF NOTHING, ANOTHER SUPERB GOAL!!! Spain 2-0 Italy. Italy were on the attack, but Spain crowd them out of the ball. They stroke it around the back awhile – then launch what’s almost a route-one style goal for Spain. Well, a route three or four goal, anyway. Casillas launches it down the left. A header. A pass inside. Then Xavi rolls a perfectly weighted pass down the inside-left for Jordi Alba, who has been bombing down the channel and springs clear, slotting a calm, considered finish past Buffon and into the bottom left. A flick of the left boot into the corner.

84 min: IF IT’S A EURO FINAL, THEN THERE MUST BE A TORRES GOAL!!! Spain 3-0 Italy. A delightful finish. Italy fanny around in midfield. Xavi pounces, drives forward, and slides a ball down the inside-left channel for Torres. The Chelsea striker opens up his body and sidefoots a ball past Buffon and into the bottom right. This equals the biggest win in a Euro final – West Germany’s 3-0 win over USSR – while Torres becomes the first player to score in two of these finals.

88 min: THERE GOES WEST GERMANY’S RECORD!!! Spain 4-0 Italy. Torres hares after another Xavi sliderule pass down the inside left. He draws Buffon, before sliding the ball inside to his Chelsea teammate Mata, who clips home. Forget the fact Italy have been down to ten men, Spain were rampant anyway. This has been a majestic display.

SPAIN ARE THE FIRST EUROPEAN CHAMPIONS TO RETAIN THEIR TROPHY, AND THE FIRST TEAM IN HISTORY TO WIN THREE MAJOR INTERNATIONAL TOURNAMENTS IN A ROW!!! Spain 4-0 Italy. That was as comprehensive as it gets. Signature performance? Well, they’ve got one now. Italy were unfortunate to go down to ten men, but the game was over by then anyway. Spain were rampant, and are celebrating in the manner they deserve.

Incidentally, here’s a delicious bonus for Spain, who have copped so much flak for rarely fielding a striker: Fernando Torres has won the golden boot. He’s one of several lads on three goals, but as he’s rarely featured, he cops the prize as a result of having played the fewest minutes.

Italy – with several players in tears – go up for their runners-up medals. Mario Balotelli had stormed off down the tunnel at the final whistle, but he’s calmed down and is back with the rest of the squad. Gianluigi Buffon, head held high and smiling, leads his men up. Giorgio Chiellini, whose final was over almost before it had begun, is in floods, poor chap. Fifa president Michel Platini hangs the silver medals round their necks. It’ll feel bitter now, but runners up seemed like a pipe dream for Italy at the beginning of the tournament. They’ve been magnificent.

But they had no answer for this Spanish side, who kept their powder dry for almost the entire tournament, before exploding in spectacularly entertaining style tonight. They trudge up the stairs – winning three trophies in a row takes a fair bit of effort, you know – and receive their gold medals. They crowd round the podium, start jumping up and down with the anticipation of little children on Christmas morning, and eventually Iker Casillas lifts the Henri Delaunay Troophy. SPAIN ARE THE 2012 EUROPEAN CHAMPIONS.
